Contract Responsibilities:

•  Interpreters will remotely take calls through our portal, providing an opportunity to enhance their earnings.
•  Adhere to interpreter protocols and procedures as mandated by MAKE-IT SERVICES L.S. and our client we are working with.
• Comply with all MAKE-IT SERVICES L.S. policies and procedures regarding information confidentiality and interpreter ethics.
• Continuously enhance vocabulary and specialized knowledge in various subject areas, including medical, legal, and social services, as required by different clients and local Company.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 40 hours of medical certification is preferred or higher, but not mandatory..
• Completion the target language test Proficiency with a passing score of 80%.
• Current HIPAA compliance is required
• Completion of Medical Terminology, Anatomy, and Physiology Assessment, achieving a passing score of 80%.
• An updated resume demonstrating at least three years of experience is necessary.
• A good Computer available to work
• A good Internet connection as well
• Headset USB
• Quiet location 
• Solid bacground if desire to perform VRI
